3. Payments & refunds

All prices are in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely via third‑party gateways. Refunds are handled according to our course‑specific policy:

• 7‑day money‑back guarantee: If you’re unsatisfied, request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you haven’t completed more than 30% of the course content.
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7‑10 business days.
• After the refund period, all sales are final.

4. Intellectual property

All course content, including videos, worksheets, graphics, and brand assets, is owned by growthxx.in or our licensors. You may not:

• Copy, redistribute, or resell any part of the courses.
• Share your login credentials or download materials for commercial use.

5. Your conduct

6. Disclaimers & limitation

Courses are provided “as is” for educational purposes. We do not guarantee specific earnings, job placements, or results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, growthxx.in shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course giving rise to the claim.
